Do you love problem-solving?
Do you seem to gravitate to big problems?
Do you seem to attract problems?
I invite you to consider this:
What if your hidden desire to solve big problems is actually leading you to "create" them?
But you just don't know it.
It's something you unconsciously cook up in the background.
You ignore the warning signs.
You let those monsters grow.
And when they build up into an insurmountable avalanche, that is when you decide to act:
"Ahah, now I have a challenge!"
Now you're in your element.
Now you can turn it on.
Now you can save the day.
Now you can do what you do best!
But what if it doesn't have to be this way?
Do you have to go down this path?
Could there be a less painful path?
Reflection:
What about the cost to those around you, your peers, or those you love?
Now you have this awareness, how could you start to approach things differently?
