How Are You Showing Up?

What you’re practising matters

How are you showing up today?

How about yesterday?

Are you proud of how you’ve been showing up?

You might not realise it, but how you show up each day is a form of practice.

You are practising becoming someone:

·      The way you walk

·      The way you speak

·      The way you interact

·      The energy you give off

·      The skills you are learning

·      The people and opportunities you attract

This might make you uncomfortable, but that is who you are becoming.

Be mindful:

Is it what you really want?

Fear not. Awareness is the first step.

And now, you have the power to change things.

You can start showing up a little differently.

You can start to practice being the person you want to become.

Start showing up from that place, and over time, you will realise you have become that person.
